The U.S. Congress and our Chief Executive continue to spend more of our money than they receive. They are perpetuating our national debt and digging a hole that will take us about 60 years to escape…once we begin to pay our debts. Currently, every citizen in our country (320 million) owns approx. $69,000 of our national debt. Generally, a large debt burden threatens our economy by putting upward pressure on market interest rates and diminishing investment in productive private endeavors.
