The Republicans And Democrats Do Not Have All The Answers

Posted on November 24, 2016 John Abood

Major political parties in the United States are not serving our citizens as well as they might. The result of fifty years of Republicans and Democrats is not as promising as it might be:

1. The building of a welfare and entitlement state that traps individuals in a trap and creates incentives which breaks down families.

2. Setting up an international trade system that promotes lower consumer prices and higher U.S. corporate profits (both good results) at the expense of our individual jobs, the U.S. labor force and our U.S. manufacturing base.

3. Public school education that is too often not effective in building character or academic skills, and where too many teachers are not performing well. Families must be more involved in the education of their children.

4. A tax system that is too complex and is involved in every aspect of our business, employment, health and consumer lives. And our tax system occasionally does not often provide appropriate incentives for our society.

5. Systems of infrastructure that are too often dangerous because they are not being repaired or replaced.

6. Annual deficits that now total $22 Trillion of national debt and about $200 Trillion in unfunded future liabilities. National debts are drains on our annual Gross Domestic Income and prosperity, because they detract from private realm productivity and wealth development.

7. A Gross Domestic Income that is flat because we have not been productive and are wasting too much private wealth on unproductive public programs and nation building.

8. A democracy where legislative majority rule has been replaced by the administrative state and judicial activism.

9. A societal acceptance of licensed media networks who select facts, omit facts, spin facts, and offer innuendo to control the minds of our citizens. The licensed media networks should be fair and balanced in their presentation of the news of the day.

These problems can be addressed by us, if we realize our power and strengths, take action and reject the current status quo.

AIMI would like to help you change the course of our society so everyone may have more hope to achieve prosperity.
