Many public services may be privatized in order for the service to be made more effective and efficient. Private realm competition is a wonderful way to assure that services are well provided. Oversight of the services by the users and the public is made more effective when people can vote on performance with their feet and wallets. In addition, programs may be paid for by the actual user and subsidized, and may also include means testing. Tax rates could be lowered if we have some privatization of some government services.
